3. The layered haircut can be hot on pretty much anyone. For this look you need a very good stylists who can cut it right.  If done correctly the style is very easy to maintain.  It does require some product maybe a gel or a spray to keep it in place, but if your hair is straight you can go without.  You should use a flatiron with this haircut to keep it looking perfect, but if you don’t it will still look ok.  This haircut is hot because it is easily manageable and can look good even when styled in a hurry.  It looks good  on most faces and is hottest when done in a golden tones. I would say if you are unsure about which  haircut to get, this is a good option because the layers can be created based on what’s best for your face, and it is not as severe as a bob which can look either really good (remember Victoria Beckham) or really bad (remember Britney). The most important thing for this haircut is definitely finding the right stylist.
